Local, Family Run Waste Management Company.
We are a well established, family run Waste Management business based in Yaxley, and we're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our friendly team.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll be responsible for providing excellent service over the phone and via email. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a professional yet friendly manner, and a commitment to delivering top-quality customer care.
Key Responsibilities
- Booking customer orders using our automated system
- Handling incoming telephone and email enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Following company policies and procedures to ensure high service standards
- On boarding new account customers and suppliers.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A confident and friendly approach to customer interaction.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in the waste industry is desirable but not essential.
What We Offer
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends or late nights)
- £27,000 is based on 40 hour week. Hours are negotiable.
- 28.5 days holiday including bank holidays
