We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven KIA Sales Executive to join our dealership team in Llandudno. The ideal candidate will excel in car sales, possess excellent negotiation and communication skills, and have a passion for automobiles. This role involves engaging with customers, managing the sales pipeline, and providing exceptional customer service to drive vehicle sales. Bilingual abilities Welsh and English and experience with CRM software are highly valued to enhance customer interactions and sales efficiency. The Car Sales Executive will play a vital role in promoting our Vechiles, upselling products, and supporting dealership growth through effective sales management and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, Prospect calling, and in-person interactions to generate leads and close sales.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting new customers and nurturing existing relationships.
- Conduct sales by understanding customer needs, presenting vehicle features, and demonstrating value propositions.
- Negotiate deals effectively to maximize sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage inventory information, and follow up on leads.
- Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories .
- Manage inventory control and assist in marketing efforts to promote dealership offerings.
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining professional phone etiquette and clear communication throughout the sales process.
- Support the dealership’s sales management team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a strong understanding of automotive inventory management.
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B sales, or motor vehicle sales.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM software, and basic organizational tools is essential.
- Bilingual Welsh and English abilities are preferred to serve customers effectively.
- Strong communication skills including phone etiquette, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Dealership experience is highly desirable but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
