Based in New Milton, this established childcare provider is seeking an experienced manager to lead its two outstanding homes, while it currently is taking over one of their sister homes in Southampton. This is within a 4x bedded children's home that will support young people aged between 10 and 18.
⭐ What you'll need:
- Minimum of 2 years working within management in Residential Childcare
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
- Has achieved a "GOOD" or "OUTSTANDING" inspection rating with Ofsted
