We are a fast-growing property solutions company working in partnership with UK councils to secure long-term residential accommodation. With strong existing demand and ambitious growth plans (200+ properties in 2026), we are expanding our network of self-employed consultants to support property acquisition across the UK.
This is a flexible, remote opportunity suited to commercially minded individuals who are motivated by performance-based earnings.
The Role
- Source residential properties (2–4 bedrooms) in line with Local Housing Allowance (LHA) criteria
- Build relationships with landlords, letting agents, and property owners
- Negotiate and agree commercial terms
- Introduce secured properties into our onboarding pipeline
You will focus purely on sourcing and securing opportunities, with full backend support provided.
Earnings
- Performance-based earnings paid per successful deal
- Typical earnings range from £3,000–£4,000 per property
