We are delighted to be in the position to recruit for an exceptional Third Party Relationship & Operational Excellence Manager to join our thriving Pre Litigation Credit Hire team based in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide and getting the best results for their clients.
You will be responsible for managing and overseeing relations with third party insurers/Solicitors and assisting the Heads of Department with supervision of the Fee Earners within our expanding Pre Litigation Credit Hire Team.
Reporting directly to the Directors, the successful candidate will play a crucial role shaping and driving our growth strategy by establishing and sustaining excellent working relationships with our insurance and Solicitor Partners through regular collaboration, working together to achieve our mutual goal for rapid resolution of disputes. You will also be instrumental in supporting the Heads of Department to lead high-performing teams, implementing technical strategies, driving operational excellence and delivering an excellent client care journey.
This is a perfect opportunity for the right candidate with an established record of strong negotiation and leadership skills, a key understanding of commercial awareness, familiarity with litigation, the ability to meet pivotal deadlines, and a desire to lead and inspire teams to achieve high performance to deliver outstanding results for clients.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain and develop relationships with our insurer/Solicitor opponents to be able to proactively initiate and lead settlement negotiations.
· Mentor and provide support to junior staff.
· Conducting performance reviews and providing technical training.
· Overseeing crucial deadlines to maintain efficiency and compliance.
· Evaluate cases to produce case plans in order to progress matters.
· Analyse and interpret performance against KPI’s and objectives.
· Work in collaboration with senior managers to implement training plans.
· Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and trends and efficiency gains.
About you:
· Come from a legal background with a good understanding of legal principles.
· Possess a technical knowledge and deep understanding of motor liability and credit hire claims.
· Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills for dealing with third party insurers/Solicitors.
· Ability to interpret data and conduct case reviews.
· Competent working with a case management system and have a good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
· Experience in using Excel.
· Good sound judgement and commercial awareness.
· Ability to organise and prioritise.
