Joining a busy and successful Commercial Property team, you will manage your own caseload while working closely with colleagues across the wider firm to deliver exceptional client service and identify cross-referral opportunities.

The Role
- Managing your own Commercial Property caseload from instruction through to completion
- Advising clients on a broad range of commercial property matters
- Maintaining proactive client contact and delivering practical, solution-focused advice
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell services and work collaboratively with other departments
- Supporting marketing and business development initiatives
- Supervising support staff where appropriate
- Managing matters in accordance with regulatory and quality standards
- Assisting with financial controls and matter management procedures
- Contributing to team development and supporting junior colleagues where required
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Commercial Property Fee Earner
- Excellent and comprehensive knowledge of Commercial Property matters
- Demonstrable experience of business development and networking activities
- Strong analytical, prioritising, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to present complex information clearly and effectively
- Strong drafting and written communication skills
- Professional, practical, and proactive approach
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining the highest standards of integrity
- Experience using case management systems would be advantageous
