Monday - Friday 08.00 - 17.30pm
Saturdays on rota 08.30am - 12.00pm
Salary
Basic £26,900 + Commission OTE £34,300
About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a proactive, personable, and detail-driven Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Department. You’ll be the friendly face and expert voice our customers trust when they need vehicle servicing, repairs, or advice – guiding them through their journey from booking to collection.
You’ll work closely with our Workshop Controller, Technicians, and Aftersales Manager to ensure every customer receives a seamless, premium experience. And when colleagues are away, you’ll be supported by a capable and collaborative team, including other Service Advisors and management.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver a first-class customer experience at every touchpoint
- Accurately log service and repair details using our DMS
- Liaise with technicians and workshop staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Proactively upsell additional services, products, and repairs
- Keep customers informed on vehicle progress, costs, and collection
- Manage invoicing, payments, and customer queries professionally
- Ensure recall processes and warranty procedures are followed to standard
- Keep service areas and reception presentable and inviting at all times
What We’re Looking For
- A confident communicator with a flair for customer care
- Someone who thrives on multitasking and teamwork
- A proactive problem-solver who keeps cool under pressure
- An eye for detail with solid admin and IT skills
- 1 Year in a previous experience in a similar role (motor trade preferred)
- A positive, can-do attitude and passion for automotive service
- Full UK driving licence required
