Mansell McTaggart are seeking a Lettings negotiator to join their busy Crawley office. This rare opportunity offers a career within a busy and fast paced office and covers Horley, East Grinstead and surrounding villages. The package will include a competitive basic salary along with commission.
- Building relationships with both applicants and landlords
- Successfully letting properties throughout our region
- Property management
- Helping to develop marketing plans to increase market share
- Assisting the Lettings Manager in the day to day operations of the business
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Previous sales experience
- A positive attitude and the drive to succeed
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Flawless timekeeping
