About the Role
· Providing personal care
· Assisting with mobility and safe moving & handling
· Supporting emotional, physical and social wellbeing
· Working proactively within a care team
· Monitoring and accurately documenting any changes in a patient's health or wellbeing
About You:
· Minimum 6 months’ full-time experience in care/support (12 months part time)
· Moving and Handling experience (essential)
· A caring and professional attitude
· Committed to safeguarding individuals’ welfare and always uphold the highest standards of safety, dignity, and professional conduct
