We are looking for a reliable CSCS Labourer for an 8-week strip-out project in Aylesbury.
- Start: Immediate
- Duration: 8 weeks
- Duties: Assisting with strip-out works, moving materials, keeping the site clean and safe, and supporting site trades.
- Requirements: Valid CSCS card, full PPE, previous site experience, and good reliability.
Duties
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Perform general site maintenance, including cleaning and organising work areas.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and assist skilled tradespeople as required.
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely and effectively.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes.
Experience
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Strong communication skills to follow instructions clearly and efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety practices is preferred.
- A willingness to learn new skills and take on various responsibilities as needed.
