Mobile Refrigeration Engineer
Location: Bristol
Salary: Up to £44,000*
Hours: Monday to Friday
CTR are currently recruiting for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to work in a varied and fast-paced mobile role. This is a great opportunity for a skilled engineer looking to join a reputable company supporting supermarket-based refrigeration systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out reactive service, maintenance, and fault-finding on refrigeration systems, including packs and display units
- Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently and effectively
- Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks as scheduled
- Participate in the standby/call-out rota
- Ensure accurate completion of documentation and system updates
- Maintain company and site standards while meeting performance targets and KPIs
Requirements
- F-Gas Category 1 qualification
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
- Experience working in supermarket or retail refrigeration environments
- Experience with CO₂ and Hydrocarbon systems (essential)
- Full UK driving licence
