We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic Retail Sales / Kitchen Assistants to join our team in an overnight role, working from 10:00pm to 5:00am or 6:00am.
We have the following contracts available:
- 1 × 14-hour contract, worked over 2 overnight shifts
All shifts are overnight and include at least one weekend night. Flexibility is required to cover holidays and sickness when needed.
In this role, you will be responsible for serving customers during the night, replenishing stock, putting away deliveries, and ensuring a consistent selection of hot food (such as sausage rolls) is available in the hot cabinet throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to support teamwork and efficiency
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Replenish stock and maintain store presentation
- Prepare and maintain hot food availability overnight
- Follow all procedures and instructions accurately
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in a retail or similar environment is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication skills
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and use your initiative
- A positive attitude and passion for delivering high-quality service
- Full clean driving licence and own transport required, due to the store’s location
