About Us Clear Reflection Cleaning Service is a commercial and domestic cleaning business based in Northampton. Since 2023, we have built our reputation on delivering high-quality cleaning services with a focus on reliability, professionalism, and client satisfaction. We are now seeking a dedicated Cleaning Operative to join our team.
Role Overview This role is primarily focused on commcercial clients. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and presentation in clients sites, ensuring that each space is tidy, safe, and welcoming.
The position may require travel between clients, so a valid driving licence, access to your own vehicle, and Class 1 business insurance are essential. Clients are grouped into clusters within Northampton postcodes, meaning your daily schedule will usually involve 2–4 clients located close to one another. Mileage and driving pay are also provided, giving you peace of mind when travelling for work.
Pay & Progression
- £13.50-15.00 per hour.
- Loyalty-based raises — salary increases over time, based on length of service and performance.
- Additional pay opportunities: bonus scheme, loyalty bonus, performance bonus, yearly bonus.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a variety of cleaning tasks in line with Clear Reflection Cleaning Service packages (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, etc.).
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction.
- Drive to multiple client locations per day as required.
Essential Requirements
- Valid UK driving licence.
- DBS check
- Own transport with Class 1 business insurance (certificate required).
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Requirements
- Previous experience in a professional cleaning role (advantageous but not essential).
- Flexibility to work varied hours when needed.
