Branch Manager – Electrical Wholesale (West London)
We are recruiting a Branch Manager for a well-established Electrical Wholesaler in West London. This is a great opportunity for someone with industry experience to take ownership of a growing branch and lead it to the next level.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
- Driving sales performance and developing new business in the local area.
- Managing and coaching the internal team to achieve targets and maintain strong customer service.
- Building lasting relationships with contractors, trade customers, and suppliers.
- Managing stock levels, pricing, and supplier negotiations where required.
What We’re Looking For
- Electrical wholesale or trade distribution experience is essential.
- Strong knowledge of electrical products and customer needs.
- Leadership or supervisory experience within a trade environment.
- Commercially minded, target-driven, and confident in building local business
