Hours
- 36 hours per week, permanent — Solihull branch
The role of Financial Consultant:
- Conduct customer review appointments to understand financial goals and identify suitable non-advised solutions
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships face-to-face, over the phone and virtually
- Proactively promote relevant products and services in a customer-first manner
- Support customers across multiple channels
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and share knowledge across the team
- Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
- Identify and support vulnerable customers appropriately
The ideal Financial Consultant:
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively
- Strong listening skills and confidence in asking insightful questions
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting customer needs
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, changing environment
- Experience in financial services (desirable but not essential)
- A team player with a positive and supportive attitude
