About Us:
J Q Construction & Property Services Ltd cover all aspects of Property Refurbishment and maintenance.
We are based on the outskirts of Brighton, East Sussex and work throughout all of Sussex.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Working in a team for full domestic renovations.
- To work well alone undertaking various reactive maintenance work
- Efficient, good problem solving skills, reliable and hardworking
- Working hours: Monday - Friday 8am-4pm.
Requirements or Skills:
- Your own mobile phone to take photos of completed work, to email to the office and receive your daily work schedules.
- 10 + years experience in refurbishment and repairs
- Own tools
- Company van can be provided after trial
- Recent work references
- Full, clean driving licence
Benefits:
- £18.75 -£21,25 per hour
