The duties and responsibilities as a Picker and Packer are:

Pick and pack a variety of products, including candles, reed diffusers, chocolates, and skincare items.

Package and label skincare products accurately and efficiently.

Prepare customer orders by following order forms and packing instructions.

Apply correct address labels to boxes and ensure shipments are ready for dispatch.

Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and productivity when handling products.

Support different areas of the warehouse and undertake a variety of roles as required.

Ensure all products are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.

Follow health and safety procedures and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
The ideal candidate for a Picker and Packer would need:

Previous warehouse, packing, or production experience is desirable but not essential.
