About Us
Get Set Swim is one of London's fastest-growing premium swim schools, operating purpose-built teaching pools across multiple locations.
We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional swimming lessons in safe, clean, and well-maintained environments. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a proactive and hands-on Facilities & Pool Plant Manager to oversee the maintenance, compliance, and operation of our swimming pool facilities across all sites.
This is a highly autonomous role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and ensuring facilities are operating to the highest possible standards.
The Role
As Facilities & Pool Plant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of pool plant operations, maintenance, compliance, contractor management, and health & safety across our four London clubs.
You'll work independently, managing your own workload and priorities, while acting as the key point of contact for all facilities-related matters from the General Managers.
No two days are the same. One day you may be conducting pool plant checks and water testing, the next you may be coordinating contractors, troubleshooting maintenance issues, or carrying out compliance inspections.

- Ensure compliance with PWTAG and HSG179 guidance.
- Monitor water quality and chemical dosing systems.

- Manage all maintenance issues across the business.
- Carry out repairs where possible.
- Source contractors and obtain quotations.
- Oversee works from initial diagnosis through to completion.
- Ensure sites remain safe, operational, and presentable.

- Ensure all statutory maintenance requirements are completed on time.
- Support Club Managers in maintaining safe and compliant environments.
Contractor Management
- Manage external contractors and service providers.
- Schedule servicing and maintenance visits.
- Monitor contractor performance and compliance.
- Ensure works are completed to agreed standards, within budget, and on time.

- Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
- Provide regular updates to senior management.
- Identify risks and proactively recommend solutions.
- Support club managers with facilities-related issues and emergencies.
