Crossbar have been working with primary schools across Telford & Wrekin and Shropshire since 2008 with our team of PE & school sport educators delivering high quality PE and extra curricular clubs to over 50,000 school children.
We pride ourselves on being able to cater for every individual school’s needs, from full-time PE and extra curricular clubs 5 days a week, alongside organising all competition, to half or single day provision and/or simply running after school clubs.
As a Sports Educator your role will include;
Delivering a high standard of PE & School Sport in primary schools, covering all aspects of the PE Curriculum to EYFS, KS1 & KS2 as well as extra curricular clubs during term time.
Delivering quality provision during school holidays at our Crossbar Holiday Clubs including a range of sports and activities.
Essential:
Minimum Level 3 Qualification in Sport / Sports Coaching
The candidate must have experience of delivering PE in primary or secondary school
Full UK Driving License
*Up-skilling to Advanced Sports Coach Level 4 available to qualifying candidates*
Desirable:
First Aid Certificate
Safeguarding Certificate
PE & School Sport Level 3
Multi Skills Level 2
HND or Degree in Sports Coaching
The successful candidate must be professional, able to work within a team, perform to high standards and be a positive role model to the children they will be working with.
