A1 Jobs are looking for positive and customer-focused individuals to join our client’s team in Eurocentral, Motherwell as a Customer Service Advisor. Our client has excellent relationships with their customers which you’ll be encompassing by joining their vibrant, growing team on an initially temporary to permanent basis. We are looking for experienced customer service advisors with can-do attitudes who are happy to work in fast-paced environments.
Your role as a customer service advisor:
- Order placing
- Order tracking
- Handling and resolving any stock queries or issues
- General admin support
- Answering incoming calls relating to orders
- Answering live chat queries
- Email response
About you:
- Previous experience in a customer service setting (call centre specific)
- Previous experience in multi-channel contact dealing with calls, emails and social media.
- Ability to cope under pressure.
- Ability to work cohesively in a team.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
Hours: Mon – Fri,
Must be able to commute to Eurocentral.
