We’re looking for a dependable, kind-hearted All-Rounder Support Staff Member to join our dedicated team in a warm and welcoming residential care home. This is a hands-on role that involves a mix of care work, cleaning, laundry, and kitchen assistance – ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day and takes pride in helping others.
Your Role Will Include:
- Assisting residents with daily personal care and mobility
- Helping to maintain a clean, tidy, and safe home environment.
- Carrying out laundry duties – sorting, washing, drying, and folding clothing and linens
- Supporting in the kitchen with basic food preparation, serving meals, and washing up
- Being a friendly, familiar face for our residents and offering a helping hand wherever needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in care, cleaning, or kitchen work (preferred but not essential – training will be provided)
- A caring, respectful attitude and a strong work ethic
- Willingness to work flexibly as part of a small, close-knit team.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Reliability and a positive attitude
