Registered Manager – Supported Living
An established and growing care provider is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to support the development and oversight of its supported living services across the North West.
This is not a traditional single-service role. The position is designed to provide leadership across a number of services, supporting regulatory compliance, registration activity and future growth, alongside an existing operational management structure.
The organisation specialises in supporting young people transitioning into adulthood, including individuals with complex needs, and is continuing to expand supported living provision through new services and acquisitions.
The role will involve working across multiple sites to ensure consistent standards, supporting CQC registration and inspections, and contributing to the ongoing development of the supported living platform.
Key responsibilities include supporting CQC registration and compliance across services, maintaining consistent operational and quality standards, working alongside operational leadership to ensure safe and effective delivery, contributing to service development and growth, and engaging with external stakeholders including commissioners and regulators.
This role will suit an experienced Registered Manager, or a strong Deputy or Area Manager ready to step up, who is comfortable working at a broader level rather than being embedded in the day-to-day running of a single service.
Experience within supported living services is essential, with a preference for candidates who have worked with young adults or transition-age individuals. A strong understanding of CQC regulatory requirements is required, along with the ability to operate independently and contribute within a growing organisation.
The opportunity offers the chance to play a key role in shaping and supporting a developing supported living platform within a well-resourced and ambitious provider.
Salary from £40,000 depending on experience.
All applications will be handled in strict confidence.
