Hanover Care, one of the leading care recruitment agencies in the South-East are looking for a motivated and compassionate Care Recruitment Consultant, who is both client and temporary worker focused to join our growing healthcare recruitment team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you’ll help connect care and support staff across the healthcare sector.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Recruiting carers, support workers, and healthcare staff
· Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
· Managing the full recruitment process from interview to placement
· Advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates
· Providing excellent customer service to clients and staff
What We’re Looking For
- Previous recruitment or healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident and friendly telephone manner
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- A positive, professional attitude
- Full UK driving licence preferred
