We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks in a courteous and timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues professionally
- Assist with food preparation tasks as required, supporting the kitchen team
- Support bar operations, including barista duties if applicable
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and customer service at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings if needed
- A positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Basic food preparation skills are desirable but not mandatory
- A professional appearance and good organisational skills
