Who are we looking for:
Self-motivated to learn, develop and grow in the role to include completion of
required training.
Excellent client relationship management abilities.
Organised and systematic approach to work.
Ability to engage with and work across a range of client-based teams with
different levels of technical understanding, perspectives and needs.
Confidence in engaging with corporate clients with an ability to accommodate
a range of different business cultures and perspectives.
Working knowledge of UK agriculture sector, or close equivalents including
production, supply chains, policy and conservation, etc.
Self-starter and driven.
To be adaptable to changing client needs and responsive to short term
challenges.
Good problem-solving skills and a logical approach to finding solutions.
Adept at both supporting colleagues and team working at all levels.
Clear and engaging writing style, excellent verbal communication and the
ability to present complex information in a user-friendly way.
