We presently manage residential property across the country and due to our significant growth, require an experienced individual to join our small team.
The role will oversee management of repairs and subcontractors across our portfolio. The successful individual must balance relationships with contractors and our clients. Duties include carrying out property inspections, meeting with owners, creating future maintenance schedules, managing an inhouse handyman, checking and assigning invoices, maintaining and growing our contractor network. The role requires a proactive approach, suiting a confident and calm character who can work under pressure.
Essential
The role requires a full driving licence and access to own car.
Previous experience in property management or relevant trade experience.
Exceptional communication skills.
Efficient IT and admin skills.
Highly organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Desirable
Property related qualification.
Experience in a capacity of clerk of works.
Experience presenting to large groups of people.
Working Hours and Reporting
The role is Monday to Friday (9 – 5) with no weekend or evening work. There is flexibility for the right candidate as the successful application will be expected to manage their own workload and report to Senior Management.
The basic salary banding for this role commences at £30,000 although banding varies depending on experience and qualifications. Variable work patterns will be considered for the right candidate.
