Ratcliffe College is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic full time Teaching Assistant to join our friendly Preparatory School.
A relevant child care or teaching assistant qualification is desirable. The Teaching Assistant will provide:
- Support for Pupils to include support for groups and individual pupils, as directed by the class teacher.
- Support for Teachers to include: work with the teacher to develop lessons, work plans and the classroom environment.
- Support for the Wider School Community to include: assisting with the facilitation of the co-curricular programme and other duties helping to supervise pupils during the day.
REQUIRED FROM SEPTEMBER 2026
This role work on a 36 weeks contract (term time plus one week) with 5.6 weeks annual leave to be taken outside of term time.
