We are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Powder Coater to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Walsall. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent position within a growing company that values quality, efficiency, and attention to detail.
- Preparing metal components and surfaces for powder coating.

Applying powder coating to a high standard using manual spray equipment.

Ensuring all products meet quality specifications and customer requirements.

Operating and maintaining powder coating equipment safely and efficiently.

Inspecting finished products for defects and carrying out any necessary touch-ups.

Loading and unloading items from coating lines and ovens.

Following health and safety procedures at all times.

Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
- Previous experience in powder coating within a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Ability to prepare, mask, and finish products to a high standard.

Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Understanding of health and safety practices within a production environment.

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
