You will work closely with the Deputy Director of Apprenticeships to support apprenticeship growth, quality, and compliance.
You will be responsible for managing and leading a delivery team within the apprenticeship area, offering a high-quality service and delivery, from pre-enrolment, enrolment to EPA and completion.
Have knowledge of the DFE funding rules and Ofsted requirements and an ability to create innovative, financially viable curriculum which meets the needs of employers and develops the skills, knowledge and behaviours of apprentices.
