We are on the search for a passionate, dynamic and charismatic individual to join our finance team as a group purchase ledger specialist

This is a key role in ensuring a smooth financial operation and supports the cash flow management of the company
The position encompasses multi entity sites and is based at Coombe Abbey Hotel Coventry
More specifically, responsibilities will include
· Purchase order management
· Setting up of new suppliers
· Processing of invoices through our procurement system, Procure Wizard
· Coding analysis
· Exporting and preparation of data to import into our accounting system
· Preparation and posting of accruals
· Preparation and distribution of the food flash
· Statement checking
· Liasing with suppliers
· Preparation of payment runs and posting of direct debits
· Assisting with the year end accounts and audit
· Balance sheet reconciliation
· Other adhoc duties as required
Requirements
· Minimum 3 years accounts payable experience
· Previous hotel purchase ledger experience preferred
· Procure wizard experience a must
· Strong attention to detail and excellent levels of accuracy
· Well organised with the ability to manage time and meet strict deadlines
· Strong excel skill set
· Experience using various accounting systems i.e sage intacct preferable, Sage line 50
· Strong communication skills with customers and cross department interaction
· A real team player with a drive to take the purchase ledger function forward
Pay: £26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
