Urban Cleaning is a growing professional cleaning company specialising in Airbnb, serviced accommodation, commercial, oven cleaning, and property management cleaning.
We are expanding our Leicester operation and are looking for a strong, reliable, and organised Branch Manager to help run and grow the area.

The Role
As the Leicester Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Leicester area. You will help manage cleaners, organise jobs, deal with clients, check standards, solve issues, and support the growth of the branch.
You will need to be hands-on, confident, organised, and able to lead people properly.
Duties Include
Managing daily cleaning jobs across Leicester and surrounding areas
Organising cleaners and making sure jobs are covered
Checking cleaning standards and carrying out quality checks
Speaking with clients, property owners, and team members
Handling issues, complaints, and last-minute changes
Supporting recruitment and training of new cleaners
Making sure cleaners follow company checklists and standards
Managing stock, equipment, keys, and property access
Helping improve systems and processes in the branch
Supporting growth by helping onboard new clients
Reporting branch performance to senior management
