We have an exciting opportunity for people to work within the kitchen in our private care home for adults with special needs. We offer a warm, supportive and caring environment to ensure our clients live a fulfilling and satisfying life and this includes having a varied and exciting diet.

We do provide training onsite, but previous experience in cooking for 50 + people every meal time would be preferred.
Other duties include but are not limited to stock rotation, keeping within budget, cleaning of the kitchens and food storage areas such as pantry, fridge, freezers etc, food rotation, recording intakes, creating interesting menus, and making sure all of our clients nutritional needs are met.
We do have some clients with specialist diets such as dysphagia, so knowledge of this would be beneficial.

The hourly wage meets the minimum requirements as provided by the government.
