Job Summary
Mr. Zito is on the hunt for two of the best street food people to see us through the summer and beyond in South West London. You don’t need experience but what you do need is an engaging personality, an understanding of food and the ability to problem solve. You will also be involved in hot sandwich preparation..This is an 8am start every Sunday in SW16 and will finish at around 5.30pm. Training will likely be every Saturday in July then Sundays from 26th onwards.
A bit about Mr Zito. We are a brioche-led street food concept serving both sweet and savoury filled brioche from a travelling bike. Rooted in European bakery tradition, the menu reimagines classic flavours into a modern, accessible street food format.
Our offering includes savoury combinations such as bacon, maple syrup and duck egg, nduja and burrata, and fresh, citrus-led options, alongside sweet brioche like lemon & blueberry cheesecake, tiramisu, and white chocolate, raspberry & pistachio.
We are currently trading at Alexandra Palace Farmers’ Market, Venn Street Market and Herne Hill Market (from 26th July), where we have built a loyal customer base and refined a compact, efficient market setup.
