PS LTD are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our client based in Coalville, Leicestershire.
This role is working within a busy pallet network operation, so we are looking for someone who is confident, accurate, and used to working in a genuinely fast paced environment.
This is not a role for someone who is still building confidence on the truck. The successful candidate must be competent, reliable, and able to work quickly while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Hours:
Monday to Friday
14:30 to 22:30
Pay Rate:
£13.50 to £15.13 per hour
Paid weekly
Duties will include:
Moving pallets on and off trailers
Loading and unloading vehicles using an FLT Counterbalance
Transporting pallets safely around the warehouse and yard
Working accurately in a fast paced pallet network environment
Checking goods and ensuring pallets are moved to the correct locations
Following site health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
Valid Counterbalance licence
Minimum 1 year FLT Counterbalance experience
Previous experience working in a pallet network, transport, cross dock, or very fast paced warehouse environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Able to work at pace without cutting corners
Reliable, hard working, and confident on the truck
