Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and answering any questions regarding the menu.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Demonstrate knowledge of menu items and ingredients to assist guests effectively.
- Handle payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred (but not essential).
- Experience as a barista or in serving roles will be considered a plus.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills within the hospitality industry.
