Strategic Lead – Treasury and Development | Honeycomb Group | Hybrid Working
Castlefield Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with Honeycomb Group on multiple newly created finance roles that present fantastic opportunities to make a real impact, drive meaningful improvements, and challenge the status quo.
The Strategic Lead – Treasury and Development will report to the Head of Finance and provide expert financial support across business planning, treasury and development accounting for the Group.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining the Group’s 30-Year Financial Plan to ensure long-term financial viability
- Taking ownership of the day-to-day treasury management for the Group, including cashflow forecasting, credit control, loan portfolio operations, bank relationships
- Leading on financial appraisals for new development schemes, acquisitions and regeneration projects
- Building, leading, and developing a high performing treasury team
The person:
- CCAB/CIMA qualified or treasury qualification with a strong commitment to continuing professional development (CPD)
- Significant experience of treasury management and long-term business planning
- Experience of working within a regulated sector such as social housing
- Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships with external parties such as Bankers, Funders/Investors

Pay: £52,488.00 per year
