We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Land Surveyor to join our clients team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting precise land measurements, mapping, and data collection to support construction, development, and land management projects.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise advanced surveying technologies and software, contributing to the realisation of significant infrastructure projects. The position requires a strong understanding of land surveying principles, proficiency with CAD and GIS tools desirable and the ability to manage large datasets effectively.
Responsibilities
- As a Land & Measured Building Surveyor the role involves the undertaking of Topographical Surveys, Measured Building Surveys and setting out projects within the midlands and sometimes beyond.
- You will work both on site locations and office based in Derby.
- You will use total station, GPS, 3D 3D Laser Scanners, LSS software, AutoCAD.
We are looking for enthusiastic people to build on their existing knowledge of surveying -any level of experience will be considered and accordingly remuneration offered.
