We're working with a friendly and well-established law firm in Christchurch that is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant to join its busy Residential Property team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some legal experience who is looking to develop their career within conveyancing. Equally, the firm is open to training the right individual who is organised, eager to learn and keen to establish themselves within a legal environment.
You'll be joining a welcoming team where colleagues genuinely support one another, and where you'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals while developing valuable skills within a busy property department.
The role:
- Providing administrative support to the conveyancing team
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence
- Opening and closing client files
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
- Assisting with the progression of property transactions
- Managing diaries, appointments and general case administration
