Sous Chef
£45,000 + Tronc (OTE £60,000)

A chance to join an award-winning group of pubs and restaurants known for championing locally sourced, seasonal produce, where every dish is built on quality and character. With an exciting new concept on the horizon, I’m looking for passionate Sous Chef's who take pride in every plate and every ingredient.
You:
- Experience as a Senior CDP, Junior Sous, or Sous Chef in a high-quality kitchen
- A genuine passion for seasonal produce and ingredient-led cooking
- The ability to adapt to regularly changing menus
- Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic
- A positive, team-focused attitude
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of your section and deliver consistently high-quality dishes
- Work with fresh, seasonal ingredients while maintaining excellent standards
- Support junior chefs and help drive a smooth service
- Support the Head Chef in leading and motivating the kitchen team
- Ensure consistency and quality across all dishes
- Assist with ordering, stock control, and daily kitchen operations
- Train, develop, and inspire the team
