This is a high-energy, face-to-face role — no screens, no remote work, no desk. You’ll be out on the front line, building relationships, closing sales, and scoring results. The more effort you put in, the bigger your wins.
Your Role on the Field
- Hunt for new clients and bring them to the people who need their products
- Engage customers face-to-face in residential areas, retail spaces, events, and workplaces
- Deliver powerful, confident brand presentations
- Read your “opponents” — handle objections and guide customers to a win
- Close deals and complete sign-ups in line with client and company targets
- Track your progress and aim for daily and weekly goals
- Train, upskill, and sharpen your techniques with mentoring and coaching sessions
