DJ Maguire Dental Group are seeking an HR Officer with experience to join our team in a broad and varied generalist HR role.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional to work closely with senior clinical and patient care managers, practice managers, and employees, supporting recruitment, employee relations, and wider HR projects under the direction of our Director of People, Operations & Governance.

The Role:
- Support day-to-day HR operations
- Act as point of contact for practice managers and employees on HR queries
- Manage the full recruitment and onboarding process
- Maintain accurate HR records and update HR systems
- Undertake absence management reporting and analysis.
- Support disciplinary, grievance and absence management processes
- Produce HR reports and analyse HR data and trends
- Support Annual Monitoring Returns and Article 55 reporting
- Contribute to employee engagement, communication and wellbeing initiatives
- Contribute to the development and recording of training and learning initiatives and broader HR projects
- Ensure HR activities remain compliant with policies and employment legislation

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm (part-time will be considered)
Essential Criteria
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within a busy HR environment
- Strong working knowledge of HR processes, NI employment legislation and best practice
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels
- Excellent problem- solving skills
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
