The Role
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you'll represent leading brands while creating positive customer experiences and developing your communication, customer service and sales skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with customers and providing information about products and services
- Representing client brands in a professional and positive manner
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Supporting customer acquisition campaigns
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Working collaboratively to achieve individual and team objectives
- Learning about sales, marketing and customer engagement
Full training is provided from day one, so no previous industry experience is required.
