Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business & Compliance Analyst to support our business operations, process improvement, internal controls, and compliance-related workflows.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to analyse business processes, review operational data, identify inefficiencies, and support practical improvements across the organisation. This role is suitable for someone who is comfortable working with data, business requirements, reporting, and governance-related processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business processes, operational data, and compliance frameworks to identify inefficiencies, improve workflows, and support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements, understand operational needs, and assess potential business or compliance-related risks.
- Support the optimisation of business processes, internal controls, and compliance procedures to improve efficiency, consistency, and governance.
- Produce reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights to monitor key performance indicators, operational metrics, workflow performance, and risk exposure.
- Assist in reviewing internal policies, procedures, and business documentation to ensure they remain aligned with organisational standards and relevant compliance requirements.
- Contribute to business process improvement and organisational change projects, ensuring alignment with business needs, governance standards, and delivery timelines.
- Work with different departments to ensure process improvements and compliance-related procedures are clearly understood and effectively implemented.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, documentation, internal controls, and operational efficiency.
Skills
- Previous experience in business analysis, operations analysis, compliance support, internal controls, risk analysis, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret business data and identify practical improvements.
- Good understanding of business processes, operational workflows, internal controls, and compliance-related procedures.
- Experience preparing reports, dashboards, management information, or operational analysis.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders across different departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting or data analysis tools.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, CRM systems, project management tools, or process mapping tools would be advantageous.
