About the role
You’ll use your early years knowledge and understanding of child development to supervise children, support learning through play, and apply positive behaviour management. Strong communication skills, initiative, and organisational skills are essential, along with being reliable, flexible/adaptable, and committed to teamwork.

Pay and Benefits (Employed Full Time contract route)
- Salary Up to £29,300 per year, inclusive of up to 5% performance related bonus

What we’re looking for
- Level 3+ Childcare qualification (required)
- Warm, creative, reliable educator with strong soft skills
