Hours: Part-Time (minimum 20 hours) to Full-Time hours available
Location: 35 Dale Street, Northern Quarter, Manchester, M1 2HF
Salary: £25,000+ DOE, plus commission

As a Studio Host & Administrator, you'll be one of the first people our members meet and one of the reasons they keep coming back. You'll help create the welcoming, premium and community-focused environment that defines the Runway Pilates experience.
We're looking for a warm, positive and proactive person who genuinely enjoys working with people. Someone who notices the little details, takes pride in high standards and naturally goes above and beyond to make others feel valued.

What You'll Do
- Welcome and support clients in person, by phone and via email.
- Assist with bookings, memberships and general enquiries.
- Manage client check-ins and day-to-day studio administration.
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional studio environment.
- Confidently introduce memberships, services and promotions to help clients get the most from their Runway Pilates experience.
- Support studio events and help build our community.
- Work closely with the wider team to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, fitness or administration would be beneficial, but we're primarily looking for the right attitude, personality and values.
