Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various commercial premises. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for cleanliness and organisation to contribute to a professional environment. Prior experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces in commercial settings
- Clean and disinfect washrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to ensure health and safety standards are met
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are stored safely and used appropriately
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during cleaning activities
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards identified during cleaning routines
- Adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality and security of premises
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good physical stamina to perform manual cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning procedures is desirable

Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
