We are currently seeking a Brand Ambassador for a range of innovative smoke-free products in the Tobacco Duty Free store. You will have excellent customer service skills as you help others to explore the products available in store and assist with purchasing decisions. You will be trained to provide detailed information to customers, such as brand and product information that will help provide great customer experience. As part of our team, you will be a self-motivated team player. You will support the in-store team to maintain the highest standards of housekeeping and display.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
· Representing and promoting brand awareness
· Engaging and connecting with diverse audiences providing information about the products and services
· Supporting stock levels and adhering to merchandising guidelines
· Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
· Strong communication skills and persuasion abilities
· Define & achieve targets by letting adult smokers learn and experience about the brand
· Performance driven mindset and are eager to evaluate the results

You will obtain an Airside pass for the airport, meaning you will need to be able to provide us with a full 5 year history and criminal record check. You must also have a valid passport and right to work in the UK.
