We are looking for a group roaming chef to join us, helping to support our head chefs in the event of illnesses, annual leave or whilst we're recruiting.
The role is self employed with the right candidate invoicing hours to each pub.
We work exclusively with fresh food and try to keep food simple but classic, we work with locals farmers and growers through the seasons. Menu changes are done monthly, with input welcome from all the team, weekly specials encouraged. Good classic nose to tail, classic British pub style food, plenty of game and offal and very little 'mucking around'..!
The right candidate for this roaming chef role will be someone who is keen to get stuck into anything, and work well in small family style teams.
