ICF Homes Ltd are looking for skilled and reliable operatives to join our growing team. We specialise in modern methods of construction and deliver full structural packages including:
Groundworks & foundations
ICF (Insulated Concrete Formwork) installation
Floor systems (including suspended floors & decks)

We want experienced individuals who take pride in their work and can hit the ground running.
Duties
- Assisting with carpentry, roofing, and construction on-site
- Operating hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Fabricating basic structures or components as directed by supervisors
- Preparing work areas by cleaning and setting up materials and equipment
- Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations
- Maintaining a clean, organised work environment throughout each project
Skills
- Proven experience in one or more of the following:
- Groundworks (dig out, drainage, foundations, concrete)
- ICF installation (or shuttering/formwork experience)
- Floor systems (timber, posi-joists, steel decks, etc.)
- Ability to read and work from drawings
- Good work ethic and reliability
- CSCS card
- Own transport preferred
- Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience with Amvic / Nudura or similar ICF systems
- Machine tickets (dumper, digger, etc.)
- SSSTS / SMSTSThis role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to expand their expertise in construction-related trades while contributing to high-quality projects. We welcome applicants with diverse skill sets who are committed to safety, efficiency, and continuous learning.
Pay: £18.00-£23.69 per hour
