We are a highly respected Exhibition and Display Graphic company based in the Keighley area and we are looking to add a new member to our growing team.
We are looking for someone with skills as per below:
- Laminating & Mounting vinyl prints.
- Operating a Zund Machine.
- Able to operate power tools.
- Confident
- A team player
- Has the ability to take instruction and act on it
- The ability to work on their own initiative
- Has good communication skills
- Has a good eye for detail, this is essential for the high quality of work we produce
- Is not afraid of a challenge or to ask questions
Duties will include:
- Examine job orders to determine details such as quantities to be finished, production times, stock specifications.
- Inspect and examine printed products for print clarity, colour accuracy, conformance to specifications, and external defects.
- Load, position, and adjust printed materials on holding fixtures or in equipment loading and feeding mechanisms
- Monitor feeding, laminates, and racking processes of presses in order to maintain specified operating levels and to detect malfunctions; make any necessary adjustments.
- Housekeeping is essential your workstation and surrounding area to be kept clean, clear and tidy always.
- Experience in Zund & Kongsberg.
The day to day:
Hours of work 8.00am to 17.00pm 30 minute lunch break, two 15 minute tea breaks.
Shift work will be required also.
Overtime may be required, on occasions at short notice so you must be flexible
Rate of pay is negotiable and dependent on experience.

Skills Required:
Finishing technicians must have the ability to learn and become proficient in the use of existing and new technologies. They should also be flexible and adaptable, as machines can break down and production deadlines can be very tight.
